Responsibilities
PROJECT & CHANGE DELIVERY
Provide expertise and input into initial High Level Scoping activity for business request for changes and/or improvements.
Direct support effective implementation of changes and projects following Steam IS PMO governance guidelines.
Ensure effective timely communication and progress reporting including capturing and mitigation mgmt. of specific risks
and issues
Ensure new and enhanced changes into ERP platforms are transitioned into BAU such that correspondent IS teams are
able to support this Service going forward
FINANCIAL AWARENESS
Ensure efficient resource allocation and SLAs are maintained within contract agreement with third party support partners.
Ensure awareness of Project and Change Partner budget usage through lifecycle of the delivery such as to avoid potential
budget overspend situations
Qualifications
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND LEADERSHIP
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive business process improvements and operational efficiency.
Assist in the formulation of the divisional strategic plan, representing the specific requirements of the US, Canada and
Argentina.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring operational
alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders and executive leadership, providing updates gathering feedback, and
addressing concerns.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Support the agile working practices and a modern delivery culture by ensuring captured requirements are written to
enable incremental, iterative development and deployment
Collaborate with other Our client IS leads to help embed shared and common working practices
Proactively support employee involvement and development, counsel employees on performance standards. Complete
and administer accurate and timely performance reviews.
Summary
Successful delivery of related platform projects ( JDE, AS400)
Successful implementation of IS Governance related to business
application support and projects implementation.
Successful support within SLAs defined to all users in US, CAN & AR
with issues related to platforms under responsibility.
Successful management of stakeholders
