- This incumbent is responsible for leading acquisition of new clients and leading a team of relationship managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of wealth management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Provide guidance and support to advisors in developing tailored wealth management solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of wealth management services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting strategies and processes accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree
- Proven track record of success in wealth management, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of financial products and markets, including investment vehicles, retirement planning, and estate management.
- Understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements to onboard clients and sales advisory processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
