The role

The Melbourne Banking & Finance specialist team has some of the most experienced recruiters in its industry. This position is newly created to expand the Mortgage Broking and Retail Banking team. This team has had tremendous success acquiring new clients and growing relationships with PSA clients. You will be working alongside, and mentored by a successful recruiter and will be expected to drive the growth on existing accounts whilst also generating new business opportunities within the SME environment.

What are we looking for?

Are you looking to start a career in recruitment and are currently working in the Banking & Finance industry in a sales / business development role, this could be your chance. Drive and an outgoing personality are key competencies for this position. You are a self-starter, have excellent communication skills and are proactive.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualities and experience:

  • Experience in Sales, Recruitment and / or financial services
  • Demonstrated talent to build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Thrive in a fast-paced role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hold a full driver’s license
