The Role

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a consultant to join our Business Support team in Parramatta, this is a great platform to one establish a career and two to earn money! Hard work is rewarded!

You will be managing and developing a high performing desk one that has billed in excess of a million dollars. Your focus will be on partnering with commercial clients all across Western Sydney and be joining a team of 7 who report to Maralen Nehme (who has been a part of the Randstad Directors club for the last 3 years). Parramatta Business Support is a close knit team that have been consistently exceeding personal and team goals.

Your drive, commitment and sales energy will be instrumental in your success along with your dedication to form strong partnerships and delivery of superior customer service to candidates and clients will “shape the world of work”. To support you in your role, you will be provided with innovative recruitment tools and a tailored development plan and ongoing coaching to ensure a long career within Randstad.
