About the job
The team in the Wollongong is expanding and there is now room for another consultant. In the job you will be recruiting for a variety of administration roles from accounting to marketing it IT. The jobs you recruit for will be both temporary and permanent across a range of clients. You will be part of a team of 3 including the Team Leader Melanie, who has been with Randstad for almost 3 years. You will continue to build and grow the desk while maintaining great relationships with existing clients.
You have previous experience in either recruitment or sales and you are hungry to succeed. You are passionate about business development and growing the desk and you are an excellent communicator with an outgoing personality. You must have a driver’s license.
We will support you from day 1, you will start our 8-week onboarding training and have a personal Learning & Development Coach to assist you, not only in the initial week but throughout your career with Randstad.
