About the job
In your job, you are responsible for leading a team of 3 recruitment consultants who recruit for both permanent and temporary roles across the call centre space.. The types of roles you and the team recruit for are typically inbound and outbound sales agents, customer service agents and workforce planners. You will continue to build and grow the desk while supporting the team and leading them.
We will help you to achieve your goals by continuous professional development from your manager Iman, and support from Phillippa and Elizabeth who are the other Team Leaders in the Business Support division.
As the team leader you will have experience working in a recruitment agency or you will have been a team leader of a sales team in a call centre. You know how to build and maintain relationships with people and will use this to develop new business with existing and new clients. You are sales driven with a passion for business development and achieving targets. You are committed to coaching and developing the team and will drive to continuously improve the performance of the team. You have experience of working with high volume and you love working in a fast paced environment.
We will support you from day 1, you will start our 8-week onboarding training and have a personal Learning & Development Coach to assist you, not only in the initial week but throughout your career with Randstad.
