Ben Noteboom (1958), CEO and chairman of the Executive Board

After graduating in law, Ben Noteboom held international management positions with a major chemical company. He joined Randstad in 1993, with initial responsibility for the integration of a number of major acquisitions. He then held a series of senior management positions with Randstad and started inhouse services, for which he had Europe-wide responsibility from 2000. He joined the executive board in 2001, and was appointed CEO and its chairman in March 2003. In addition to his leadership of the Group, he is responsible for Randstad Netherlands, Group HR, Group marketing & communications, business concept development, Group legal and Group public affairs. He is a member of the supervisory board of Royal Ahold nv.
