Our sponsorship criteria are that our support contributes to employment market issues across our communities and/or inspires individuals to develop their talents. Most of our sponsoring activities are carried out at a local level. At corporate level, Randstad sponsors labor market research at the University of Amsterdam (SEO, Stichting voor Economisch Onderzoek). Randstad also funds a Chair at the University of Amsterdam that focuses on the labor market. In addition to conducting its own research into the labor market, Randstad also participates in labor-related research initiatives with other universities and institutes.
