Current job: Chief Operations Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Randstad Belgium

In 2010 I was given the great opportunity to combine two roles. I now have the responsibility of operations for the staffing business in Brussels (the capital of Europe) and for Randstad Professionals on a national level. I was also given responsibility for Marketing and Product Management. With these new challenges I’m able to stretch my competencies and learn about new insights. It is a great opportunity to develop our business results from both sides: operations and marketing. It should be the perfect combination, it is up to me to prove it!
