Current job: International concept manager Staffing at Randstad Holding the Netherlands

After 1,5 years Japan I returned to Randstad Holding as international concept manager Staffing. In this role I support and advise our operating companies worldwide about the implementation and optimization of our Staffing concept. At the same time I look for proven best practices within our countries, so to learn and share internationally

Education

I studied International Business at the Maastricht University. This study allowed me to explore my international motivation by spending 6 months as an exchange student in Linkoping, Sweden, and 6 months in Chicago, USA, for a marketing internship.
