Current job: country CFO Randstad Belgium & Luxembourg

On top of my responsibility as CFO & Director Randstad Financial Services my responsibility has grown considerably. The extra responsibilities are teaching me to be clear on where you need to get by when. The shared service center is now a fact and learned a lot on difference in culture, uniformity, setting clear objectives and relationships between operating companies and a shared service center. Furthermore the financial crisis has made clear that you can make the difference as a leader in such a period. It has not been easy, however by being outside your comfort zone you learn the most!

My first degree was in Astrophysics and Astronomy. And my interest and strength in figures led me to take a master in financial economy from TIAS.
