Current job: Director of Marketing & Communication at Randstad Spain

Amazing role in a company where Superior Brand is one of our 4 building blocks. The challenge is mainly based in the fact that we offer services to both companies and citizens, and that makes our job more interesting. 2000-2005: District Manager at Randstad Spain
Managing both people, business and processes was the most complete job till that moment in time. A great position that allows you to be enough close to your consultants, and to the general management. During that period I had the opportunity to lead the organization of Forum de las Culturas in Barcelona: We supplied 2.500 people during 6 months!..., again a very exciting period!
