By January of 2005 there are now 23 Randstad offices and we’ve grown 100% organically. The Marketing & Communications team began to grow as the Canadian operations got bigger. In addition to keeping up with the requirements of the growing sales force I was responsible for the steering, planning and organization of my department’s resources. This meant structuring the department and aligning roles and responsibilities when necessary. I was accountable for selecting and hiring individuals and creating responsibilities and positions that highlighted their core strengths.
