In my latest role my responsibility includes aspects such as productivity and sales. As Performance Director I am member of the Board, responsible for our sales organisation in the Netherlands, productivity, HR, training and internal recruitment. Recently I have been responsible as Project Manager for integrating another company into Martin Ward Anderson. Within Martin Ward Anderson we have been successful in increasing the productivity and retention of people by running a comprehensive Business Improvement Process, called Spring! The biggest challenge we have currently is to keep the momentum and continue increasing our success and outperform our competitors, even when the markets are tougher. The great thing I have learned here is that is indeed possible to transform a good business into an excellent business when you have the full commitment of the CEO and the Management Team.
