On top of my responsibility as CFO & Director Randstad Financial Services my responsibility has now grown considerably. The extra responsibilities are teaching me to be clear on where you need to get by when. Essential now that in addition I have taken on the end Finance responsibility for former Vedior companies in Belgium and Luxembourg. At the same time I am setting up a new Shared Service Centre for all companies active in those countries following the Vedior acquisition. The constant balance of priorities has been one of the key lessons for me now, but is it great to be surrounded by the best people. They are making the difference.
