The role of office manager is quite broad and includes commercial, marketing, work process and people management responsibilities. Working with a highly motivated group of people was what I liked the most about the job. We managed to get a solid position in our competitive local market because of the speed, quality, service orientation we offered towards the clients and of course we had a lot of fun. After 2 years I also started training our new consultants, sharing my own experience to help them become the best.
