With a responsibility for 11 branches, 80 consultants, 55 millions dollars in revenue my responsibilities have again grown. I’m now involved in the operations of Randstad on a country level. I work more closely with our Marketing, HR and finance department to build our strategic plan for my region but also the country. My job is also to develop our manager pipeline to ensure continuous organic growth year over year. This is my opportunity to learn to manage on a larger scale to further develop my skills in the objectives to keep progressing within Randstad.
