In my role as Corporate Planning Officer I was involved in acquisitions (among others Sweden, Poland and India), as well as supporting our green field operations (among others Poland, Japan and Hungary). In both roles I particularly valued the amount of freedom given by Randstad and the direct contact with the Executive Board. It was great to be able to work in such a top team and it has enabled me to learn a lot from others.
