Moving into another country and culture was the next challenge and completely new to me. Using my previous experiences in Business Development I introduced an integrated approach to Marketing & Communications, leading to an increased brand awareness of more than 15% in Germany in 3 years time. Challenging Marketing Events and a very well organized PR offensive pushed our image in the German market. Through end of 2006 we focussed more on Internet Solutions (push internet) and Business Development, changing recruitment channels and decreasing administration (e-timesheets and e-ordering). We increased the number of applicants, jobs and links to a historic level.
