Job title: Manager Group Business Risk and Audit
This is actually the same job as I had within Vedior although I am now part of a larger team. That means that I now have good sparing partners working close to me who can challenge me and vice versa. The role in the Randstad team is broader than the role I had within Vedior, as I was more focussed on the financial reporting part of the function. The methodology we use already exists so now it is a challenge to improve it, which gives me the opportunity to use the experience I have gained within Vedior. Within Randstad I have to build up the relationship with the Finance Directors of the companies that are new to me. It is exciting to meet all these new people both at operating company level and at the holding. | |
