My current portfolio is different again. Now working in the field of HR my job oversees training, internal recruitment, employee engagement, retention and benefits, HR reporting and corporate sustainability. With a team of 10, we deliver to an internal client base of approximately 950 employees. Much like my prior position, I was approached by our CEO to take on this newly created role and to accept the challenge of further developing our HR offering. We’ve done so by looking at best practice both within and external to the Group, and by asking our internal customers what it is that they need. Our aim is to ensure we are aligned with the business and work with our colleagues to ensure we over achieve on our company’s goals. | |
