In this role I was overseeing the temporary and contractor payroll, client invoicing, debt collection and allocation, and customer service divisions. Our internal clients, which included some 18 brands, were serviced by my team of 50. This role challenged me enormously as it was such a change from managing a team of consultants. I gained a true appreciation of the mechanics of large, international organizations and the complexities of ensuring a smooth running within infrastructure. | |
