A typical first job at Randstad would be consultant or account manager. For these roles, great commercial, organizational and leadership skills are essential. You will most likely start work in one of our local branch offices. If you have a specialized degree in marketing, finance or HR, you will find plenty of opportunities in our local head offices. Randstad aims to fill 80 percent of our management positions from within the organization. You will, therefore, find plenty of opportunities to reach management positions, given the right aspiration level and skill set.

Our offer for graduates

Randstad Netherlands
Program: a program of approximately 2,5 years that prepares you for position in the top of the company. Tailor to specific needs and combines a variety of development methods such as coaching, training and project participation. Gaining experience in different commercial roles within the organization to give you a good understanding of the core-business. After about 2 years you can expect to be in your first management position

Randstad Asia Pacific
Program: this program has successfully been running for 10 years with many of its participants now holding senior management positions. The nine month program allows graduates to gain an understanding of their entire business by working in multiple brands and infrastructure divisions. The program is supported by the CEO who participates in the CEO day mid way through the program when graduates are given the chance to present their journey and future goals.

Randstad UK
Program: for ambitious graduates with a passion to succeed, a career in recruitment offers an exciting step into a fascinating and richly rewarding industry. At Randstad, we believe our recruitment consultants are the ambassadors of our brand and are the lifeblood of our business. Designed specifically to develop the day-to-day skills and wider market knowledge you’ll need to launch yourself into the dynamic and highly competitive world of recruitment.
Graduate in-take dates for 2012 are in February, April, July and October with assessment centre’s taking place around these four in-take dates.

International opportunities

We also like to foster international career opportunities to encourage a diversity of nationalities within our management teams. At Randstad we believe that to be successful you need to fully understand our business in your country before you move on.
