In 2010 Frits Goldschmeding Academy trained almost 500 managers on issues ranging from strategic management to inspirational leadership, developing & coaching, presentation skills and intercultural management.
Financial Development Program
For certain fields, such as finance, we offer accelerated talent development programs. The program starts with a separate appraisal and individual development plan that helps us identify high potential candidates in the early stages of their careers. We then can support these individuals with personalized development programs that may include international cross-functional projects, job rotations, mentoring responsibilities and international training programs.
Our dedicated Frits Goldschmeding Academy offers unique programs, bringing together professionals from all services and countries. Next to building professional skills, such training creates a natural setting for sharing experiences and best practices.
