business principles

Randstad's business principles are based on – and support – our core values. They project a positive message, help us live up to our values, and ensure that the needs of the world in which we work and our business and personal behavior are aligned and reinforce one another. The principles regarding labor are those outlined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work: freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, elimination of forced or compulsory labor, the abolition of child labor, and the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
