We offer graduates with a Master's degree in Finance (e.g. business economics, econometry or financial business administration) a Management Development Program, the Randstad Professionals Program. Good study results and having the right personality fitting the core values of Randstad are important selection criteria.
The program lasts approximately two and a half years, during which the participant works in two or three different finance positions within different operating companies. The program may include an international assignment or project. An external postgraduate course is part of the program as well.
