Dit zijn enkele van je taken:

- Contractmanagers ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van maandelijkse projectreviews.
- Ondersteunen van de Business Unit Manager bij het opstellen van maandelijkse business reviews.
- Administratieve en financiële controle van contracten in SAP en FMIS.
- Factureren van de contractenportefeuille.
- Bewaken van facturatie en cashflow. Contact opnemen met de klant hierover indien nodig.

Je bent de ideale financieel assistent als je ... :

- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een administratieve richting. Bij voorkeur heb je dit al in de praktijk kunnen brengen tijdens +- 5 jaar ervaring in gelijkaardige taken.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van PC en Office. Excel, Teams en Outlook zijn je niet vreemd!
- Erkend voor je nauwkeurigheid en teamspirit. Iemand die oog heeft voor detail en een teamspeler is, dat is wat we zoeken.
- Je ziet werk als een prioriteit. Je staat erom bekend initiatief te nemen en proactief te zijn.
- Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt!
