1. Act as senior level OUR ASIA PACIFIC interface to Importer senior operationalmanagement with regard to Network Development issues.2. Develop and oversee the implementation of the retail and service network strategy.3. Monitor, prepare and analyze action plan to secure adequate network Asia Pacific and coverage for sales and after-sales retail operation4. Development of a OUR ASIA PACIFIC representation strategy to support future business plan aspirations (based on 5-10 year strategic review).5. Improvement in the capability of the dealer network though the implementation and compliance with the dealer standards.6. Monitor the existing processes in place at retail operations in the network for potential corrective actions.7. Oversee the analysis of the dealers/importers by market and by location in the region through business management and suggest activities for improvement.8. Developing concepts for working on the local and regional markets and tapping new markets, taking strategic specifications into account.9. Plan and execute market studies to identify optimal locations to improve representation and dealers’ profitability.10. Developing importer performance measurement and management programs (such as DCP).11. Key facilitator for annual business planning process including developing the template requirements and tracking progress to completion.12. Measure overall network performance, identify areas of improvement and potential at-risk dealers/importers and drive actions together with Sales, Aftersales and Training to raise retailer performance and profitability13. Ensure regular management and maintenance distributor/importer database.14. Developing a framework for regular network reviews and coordinating the input into these reviews.15. Identifying and assessing candidates for new, un-franchised or non-exclusive markets through a robust process, including a comprehensive 5 year business plan supporting the application.16. Oversee the start-up of new markets by establishing and monitoring the achievement of key milestones, including facilities, staffing, training, systems, finance, marketing and launch planning amongst others.17. Manage necessary investment plans with the existing partners and potential retailer candidates during acquisition process18. Monitoring of the market place, customers and competitors19. Follow-up on the fulfillment of commitments of the network plans20. Improvement in the capability of the dealer network though the implementation of dealer standards and variable margins strategy implementation to drive positive action and behavior21. Manage the appointment, termination, general management and ownership changes throughpreparation of Performance Agreements, letters of Intent and Dealer Agreements22. Key facilitator for annual business planning process including developing the template requirements and tracking progress to completion for each retailer23. Management and co-ordination of retailer contract and documentation activities24. Oversee the dealer facility projects, involving meetings with retailer architects, contractors etc, ensuring compliance with corporate branding requirements25. Develop an annual CI Dealer standards audit26. Dealer Termination Process Management27. Developing a network optimization plan for each market in the ASIA PACIFIC region. Secure owner/principal buy-in including establishing financial capability.28. Supporting the management of sales and service applications, appointments / terminations and changes of ownership. Preparation of all requirements for franchise committee.29. Collect, develop and share best business practices across the retailer network through continuous engagement
