- Respond to incoming support requests via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system) and provide timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Provide efficient support for our internal systems
- Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Communicating with different stakeholders such as internal end-users and vendors
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (Supply Chain/Retail industry knowledge is an advantage)
- Familiarity with help desk support and management.
- Experience in troubleshooting of System and Application such in SAP, CBX Software, Odoo, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
