2+ years working experience with IT Service Management toolsets
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to conduct research on technical application issues.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
3+ years of working knowledge of relational databases (SQL SERVER)
Solid experience supporting client/server applications,
Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years of experience in L2 and L3 application support experience
Experience in technical support and user administration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
