APS3 Help desk Operator position description:

- Answering incoming phone calls and emails.
- Assist services in a timely manner with reporting payment and policy queries.
- Using call logging software to log notes of issue and resolution while on phone calls and when replying to emails.
- Handling a high volume of work ensuring phone call and email targets are met.
- Keeping up to date with relevant changes in a fast-changing environment.
- Contribute to meetings and general discussions.
- Work within a schedules environment.
APS4 Help desk Operator position description:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails.
- Analysis and interpretation of data to identify issues and provide solutions.
- manage a queue of work within the team.
- Provide feedback to relevant team members.
- Training new team members.
- Handling a high volume of work ensuring phone calls and email targets are met.
- Contribute to meetings and general discussions.
- Work within a schedules environment.
About you:
- Experience within a call centre like environment.
- Baseline clearance.
- Australian Citizen.
