In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Group HR Director and act as a business partner to key stakeholders within the business (~150 employees). In addition, together with the HR team, you will:
• Drive overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes through implementation and maintenance of employee handbooks, organisation chart
• Set up HR structures and policies in line with local country laws and regulations, driving towards best business efficiency and organizational effectiveness across assigned markets
• Manage learning and development, career planning processes, performance management and compensation & benefits (including salary benchmarking)
• Support end-to-end HR and business needs; working closely with business leaders to drive employee experience, manage employee relations and well being
• Ensure legal compliance and document HR SOPs

This is an excellent career opportunity for existing Senior HR Executives / Assistant HR Managers who are looking for an opportunity to work alongside a HR Director within a Group Corporate function. The role will work alongside an established HR team which includes other functions such as HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
skills and experience required
- Min. 5 year’ experience in Human Resources; ideally within business partnering or equivalent
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Economics or equivalent
- Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders; experienced in manpower strategy planning, talent management and employee relations
- Self-starter, takes accountability and a strong team player
- Positive mindset with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about people, human resources and employee engagement
