As an influential member of the team, you will maintain clientele portfolio in Asia and Hong Kong:
- Manage and nurture relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs) and local listed companies, offering a range of corporate banking products and solutions.
- Provide comprehensive corporate finance services, including debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and capital structure optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives, offering tailored investment solutions and global markets products to optimize their investment portfolios.

Analyze clients' financial requirements, assess their risk profiles, and recommend appropriate corporate banking products and services.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and generate new client relationships within the MNC and local listed company segment across various corporate banking products.Stay updated on market trends and industry developments related to corporate finance, investment, and global markets products, ensuring clients have access to innovative and competitive solutions.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Japanese languages (Japanese speaker preferred), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in credit analysis, with the ability to assess clients' financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry dynamics.
- Prior experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit analysis, preferably in a global banking environment.
- Sound knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including trade finance, corporate finance, investment, and global markets products.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industry, ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate risk and make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MS Office, Bloomberg, and credit analysis software.
