Our client is looking for an administration assistant to assist their marketing team on a permanent basis In this role you will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the marketing department

Your duties in this role include;

  • Supporting the arrangement of marketing events
  • Arranging travel bookings for the marketing team
  • Attending national sales conferences
  • Ordering marketing materials
  • Building, completing, and gaining approval for compliance documentation relevant to the marketing team
  • Raising PO's are arranging processing of quotes and invoices for marketing expenses.
  • general ad hoc duties

To be successful in this role;

  • you will have excellent customer service skills
  • Have a high attention to detail and excellent accuracy
  • Be a great teammate with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to waste no time
  • Results driven
  • Have experience in a medical device/pharmaceutical company ( desirable)
