Randstad has been partnering with Government departments and authorities across Australia for over 25 years. We are currently seeking experienced Administration Officers for future opportunities varying from short term assignments to long term and permanent opportunities.


As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of small and large office areas. Your tasks may include invoicing, archiving, calendar management, reporting, and customer service.


To be successful in these roles you will need to have a proven administrative background with experience of particular systems and software’s, ideally Objective or Knet. Strong communication skills, the ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly, and as part of a team will be essential for these opportunities. In addition, although not required, you will ideally hold a current police check or a DCSI clearance.
