Randstad are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join a project team within the NSW State Government sector. This role will see you provide high level, efficient administrative support and contribute towards effective operation of the Northern Beaches project.

The Role:

Working to support a large team as well as management, this role will see you support on all administration tasks for a number of teams, duties include:

  • Coordinating meetings, greeting visitors and ordering office stationary
  • Prepare documentation such as correspondence, memoranda and reports ensure all documents meet relevant standards
  • Records management
  • Raise purchase order request
  • Document control

The Candidate:

The successful candidate for this role will ideally be looking to advance their skills and experience and have a strong Government background. You will have:

  • 3 + years in administration
  • Live the NSW Public sector values and understanding the Government Policies
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Extensive administration support to large busy projects
