We have a number of roles available for clients of FMCG & Export sectors.
These growing businesses are seeking new members to join their team. They are fast-paced environments in small teams of 6-10 that manage the administrative and customer service processes.
These positions will be responsible for:
- Preparing and coordinating export shipping documents
- Providing support for export activities
- Inputting, updating and maintaining relevant information
- Ensuring accurate and timely despatch and settlement of customer invoices, letters of credit and supporting documentation which requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicating and liaising with the Department of Agriculture, Customs and other relevant parties
The successful candidate would ideally have/be:
- Experience in a Fresh Produce Export Business or FMCH environment
- Knowledge of Port and Customs Regulations and documentation requirements
- Experience in preparing full set of export shipping documentation
- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Packages.
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work under deadlines
- A Positive member of our team
- Must have own transport
