After 3 record years the business continues to expand in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Their head office is based in a brand new modern and sylish office on Collins St, Melbourne.
As a result of recent growth this business is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager. You will manage a portfolio of mortgage brokers and be responsible for onboarding new brokers, assist brokers understand what is required to get a loan approved, review and package loans, work with existing and new brokers to increase lending volume and proactively market to the portfolio (ensuring you achieve weekly KPIs).
You will be mentored and coached by true specialists in the industry, including the General Manager and CEO. Your progression plan would be to become a Business Development Manager out in the field or a Specialised Lending Consultant. You could achieve this in your first year if you are successful. It is all up to you and your performance.
Ideally you are an experienced lender with strong credit knowledge and a proven track record in a sales environment. Otherwise you may be a Loans Processor with a sales background. To be successful you must:
- Be a go getter with a passion for sales and building relationships
- Be able to establish rapport and develop new relationships
- Have good home loan credit knowledge
- Enhance revenue streams from existing and new relationships/referrers
- Have highly polished relationship building skills and marketing capabilities
- Have proven success in a sales position managing a portfolio and achieving KPIs
- Be results focused and a self starter
