A fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most nationally recognised brands within the architectural building supply space, with the backing of a global parent company.
The product portfolio specialises within the bathroom and plumbing space, and the winning of several large supply contracts has fuelled the need to add a bilingual (mandarin speaking) Business Development Manager to drive the revenue growth, specifically to foreign property developers.
This being a key role to the business, will allow you to stand out if successful and be recognised at the highest level from within the group of companies.
- Strategically execute your business development plan, to ensure high levels of relevant customer engagement.
- Ensure you are front of mind and aware of the latest development projects
- Offer technical advice to ensure the right products are selected for the right application
- By way of your network, Identify new clients as well as leveraging off the existing database.
- Highly focused on building pipeline and closing sales
- Hit and exceed your KPI’s
- Experienced in B2B sales within the building products, construction or property development sector
- Broad networks of contacts to leverage from and credibility in the market place will serve you well.
- Bilingual speaking fluent English and Mandarin will be a distinct advantage given the client base
- Clear and engaging presentation skills
- Highly driven and motivated, can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Outcome focused and loves to close sales
- Be based in Sydney
