Change Analyst is currently required for an assignment to end of June 2018 to implement the change management methodology for the IT/business transformation program. You will also develop change impact assessments and develop communication and training plans.
To be successful in this position you will be a experience Change Analyst who has experience in integrating change management actives into an Agile solution build project. You will also have experience in developing communication plans, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan. Experience in effectively evaluating and ensuring user readiness is also a requirement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must
