Full Job Description

You will be responsible for the assessment, management and administration of a portfolio of risk product claims (eg Income Protection, TPD, Trauma) to help achieve profitability targets. You will ensure claims are actively managed and that they meet our clients specified quality and service standards.

Your Experience

You must have at least 12 months experience of working in Life Insurance or Workers Compensation claims, and have a thorough understanding of claims E2E processes.

The ideal candidate must be self motivated, have a strong eye for detail, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Good rapport building skills with stakeholders at all levels will be highly regarded.

A background in an "Allied Health" discipline (eg a nurse, physiotherapist, rehabilitation consultant etc) would give a candidate a distinct advantage with some of my clients.
