Your role will be to contact existing customers whose credit card accounts are overdue. Your ultimate goal is to obtain a commitment from the customer to repay their debts in a timely manner. Empathy, negotiation skill, and customer experience is key in these challenging yet satisfying customer conversations.
We are looking to meet with people who have drive and initiative, and able to deal with customer's sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. Naturally, you'll need to be an excellent communicator - someone who can establish positive rapport with people. Experience in collections is not essential but a contact centre background is desirable. You will also possess:
- Superior customer service and relationship building experience
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- A sound knowledge of collections
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Empathy and Negotiation skills
- A strong compliance focus
- The ability to learn and apply feedback
- A great attitude

This role is commencing on Monday the 26th September .
Shift on offer is Monday-Friday 8-12pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm daily.
