Your role will be to contact existing customers whose credit card accounts are overdue. Your ultimate goal is to obtain a commitment from the customer to repay their debts in a timely manner. Empathy, negotiation skill, and customer experience is key in these challenging yet satisfying customer conversations.

We are looking to meet with people who have drive and initiative, and able to deal with customers' sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. Naturally, you'll need to be an excellent communicator - someone who can establish positive rapport with people. Experience in collections is not essential but a contact centre background is desirable. You will also possess:

  • Collections Experience is essential
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • A sound knowledge of collections
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • System Proficiency
  • Personal Resilience
  • Strong listening skills
  • The ability to apply feedback
  • A strong call centre or Customer service background
  • Full time availability
