Our client is a growing contact centre on the Gold Coast offering a friendly, professional and team focused environment.
We have a number of positions available to start immediately on a temporary basis with the view for ongoing work, for superstars permanent opportunities are also a possibility!!
The preferred candidates will have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, previous experience in workforce planning, scheduling or rostering, along with excellent customer service skills!
- Coordinating the routing of jobs for Technicians
- Managing the Technicians daily availability
- Liaising with clients and Technicians over the phone
- Accurately entering data into systems / Excel spreadsheets
- No cold calling!!
Working hours are between 6.00am–7.00pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift.
