My client is a family run Transport company with over 26 years experience across Australia. key responsibilities and tasks will include the following;

  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Reporting
  • Onboarding of new staff members
  • Manage and mentor a small team of customer service representatives
  • Training, and developing individuals to achieve their full potential
  • Effective leadership of the Customer Service Team, with hands-on supervision, delegation of tasks and resource management
  • Analysis of team data and performance management, ensuring development of Customer Service Representatives to meet client KPI’s
  • Ensure the Team effectively completes specific team instructions and provides timely reports

to be successful in this role, we require the following attributes and skills;

  • Preferably experience from a transport/logitics/freight background
  • Experience with implementing process improvements and best practice customer service
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and impeccable time management
  • Vibrant personality who is passionate about providing best in class customer service
  • Excellent presentation skills and a high level of professionalism
