I am looking to fill two positions within the Contract Administration team, they are looking for a CA who will progress to be a team leader and a intermediate CA to gain experience and knowledge from the team.

The company is a very reputable civil contractor who have a strong presence in NSW.


  • Contract Administration of various construction sites varying in size and project value

  • Contract Administration of all contracts to successfully achieve budget, financial time, quality & safety outcomes

  • Head contract understanding and administration

  • Accurate and timely reporting of cash flow, variations, construction progress and progress claims

  • Accurate and timely management of procurement and ahead of construction program

  • Accurate and timely management of project costing in accordance with standard policies & procedures

  • Preparation and issue of scopes of works for trade packages to obtain competitive pricing in line with construction drawings

  • Management of project drawings and applicable registers

  • Attendance & management of minutes for weekly project meetings

  • Ensure timely and diligent processing of Subcontractor invoices and claims in accordance with relevant regulations

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction/ Civil Management

  • Minimum of 1 years post study relevant practical experience

  • Sound knowledge of the NSW Civil or construction market

  • Ability to administer multiple jobs

Beneficial for you to have:

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • A strong background in Contract Administration

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong OH&S awareness

  • Software savy

  • Payment claims experience
  • Excellent MS Office Suite experience

Ideally, you will hold a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (or similar). Essentially, you will have a track record of local experience working with a reputable civil contractor on road projects. If you have experience and knowledge of RMS/RTA specifications, that will be a major advantage.
