The business has an established team of brokers and loan processors however due to growth, the business requires further support. As Customer Experience Manager you will be expected to manage the overall loan packaging, credit submission process until formal approval. You will then pass the file onto a colleague who will manage the post approval process through to settlement and post settlement. This means you will be liaising with both clients to keep them up to date throughout the process and lenders to ensure the process is moving effectively and that the lender has the relevant information on the client. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow into a future management position.
The successful candidate
You will have exceptional customer services skills, a proactive and positive attitude, the ability to instantly build rapport and comfort over the phone and the relevant experience to step into this environment and take ownership of the entire loan process. This means you will need to have over 2 years experience processing/packaging residential home loans in a mortgage broking or banking environment.
