The role:

This is an inbound customer service role. You will be working in a goal-oriented and target-driven environment where your natural flair for customer service and sales will be paramount.

Your role will include,

  • Managing service enquiries for existing customers regarding car loans and insurance
  • Assisting customers with payment arrangements for outstanding loan balances
  • Referring customers to local dealerships in order to satisfy their car purchasing needs
  • Identify leads and opportunities to cross sell additional products and services such as vehicle insurance
  • Deliver high levels of accuracy in product information, in line with company policy and compliance guidelines
  • Working a fixed weekly shift, rotating between the hours of 8am- 7pm
