This international Pharmacuetical company has a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Working in a close knit team you will be the main point of contact for all customer orders and sales support. We are looking for an enthusiastic self starter, who has a passion for customer service and delivering results. Attention to detail and accuracy when keying in orders is essential.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Processing new orders
  • Managing back orders and keeping clients informed on the process
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating weekly sales reports
  • Providing administrative support for the sales team
  • Data entry

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • High level order entry and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Intermediate MS Office skills

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the potential to go perm. This role is to start as soon as possible and we are currently interviewing now. The working days will be Monday - Friday.
