Based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne is a customer service team that thrives on customer satisfaction and retention. About the role:

  • Support all customer enquiries via phone, email, fax or online
  • Assist with sales team in regards to new or existing sales orders
  • Implement and help with national and regional sales plans
  • Provide accurate, complete and timely reporting
  • Investigate and resolve any complex customer enquiries
  • Earn an additional 10% bonus on achieved KPI's and targets

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support / service type role
  • Exposure handling complex customer enquiries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be self motivated and have a passion for service
  • Exposure to the automotive industry will be held in high regard
